WCASS staff have both academic backgrounds in child-related fields and experience working with children in small and large group settings. Many have or are working on graduate or post graduate degrees in education, psychology, recreation, or other related fields.
Equally important are the diverse areas of interest and expertise of the staff. WCASS staff represent cultures from around the world, and many are bi-lingual. Each of our staff brings something unique and special to the program. There are musicians, artists, writers, athletes, naturalists, carpenters, designers, cooks, gardeners, and computer savvy experts - all sharing their talents.
